This is the closest CrossFit gym, and several of our friends still coach/attend here. The workouts are posted online in advance, and they have 24/7 access available. We're friends with the owners, so make sure you mention us if you drop in!

A bit further of a drive than Miramar Beach, but we love our CF Destin family! The owners, Bryan and Rachel, are incredible people. CrossFit Destin follows Mayhem affiliate programming and has the workouts available on their Instagram page.
